LeStage Standard Policies

The following information is provided to make doing business together as fair as possible for you, our customer, as well as LeStage. Since 1863 we have been providing high quality products and service to our customers. To insure continuation of this relationship, your support and adherence to the following policies will be most helpful.

OPENING ORDERS

All new accounts must fill out a customer information form, including JBT-rated jewelers.
LESTAGE requires a $300 minimum opening order to establish an account after which there are no minimum order requirements with the following exceptions:
- Initial orders of The Convertibles Collection® must include six (6) bracelets and twenty-four (24) clasps.
- Initial orders of LeStage Apropos Collection® must include 6 bracelets, 6 pairs of earrings and 6 pendants.

PRICING

Prices, quotations, and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Purchase orders are priced the day they are received.

TERMS

Terms are Net 10 EOM payable to LESTAGE.
Only JBT-rated jewelers will qualify for terms. For all other customers, we accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Money Order, or Wire Transfer.
All new customers must fill out a customer information form, including JBT-rated jewelers.

PURCHASE ORDERS

All jewelry is shipped in packaging ready for the consumer.
All backordered jewelry is shipped as soon as it becomes available, unless a completed shipment is requested. Backorders under $25 are shipped at our expense. If applicable a cancellation date must be indicated on each purchase order.

SHIPMENTS

All LESTAGE jewelry is shipped as it is available at the customer's expense via UPS Ground and insured at the value of the jewelry shipped. The customer may request expedited shipments at its expense. Insurance coverage will NOT be waived without proof of self-insurance.
First Class Mail is available on orders under $100 by request.
All jewelry is shipped F.O.B. Attleborough Falls. An additional charge will be applied to drop shipments.
Invoices are included with each shipment except for drop shipments, in which case the invoice is mailed separately to the customer.
Special shipping instructions must be indicated on the purchase order.
The jewelry should be inspected upon receipt and claims must be made within 5 days.
Refused shipments or returns are subject to restocking fees, insurance fees, and shipping and handling charges.
LESTAGE will not ship jewelry to customers who are past due.

EXCHANGE PRIVILEGES

LESTAGE will allow exchanges for jewelry on a 2-for-1dollar basis under the following conditions:

The customer must submit a list of jewelry to be returned before shipping it to LESTAGE.
The 2-for-1 dollar exchange will be based on the price at which the customer purchased the jewelry.
A 2-for-1 replacement order must accompany the return. The exchange will credit against the replacement order.
No exchanges will be allowed on custom orders or discontinued jewelry.
No exchanges will be allowed on purchases made more than 12 months prior.
No exchanges will be allowed on jewelry damaged while in the customer's possession.
The customer's account must be current to be eligible for exchange privileges.

REPAIRS

We only repair jewelry made by LESTAGE. All of our jewelry is trademarked.
When repair is necessary due to faulty materials or workmanship, there will be no repair charge. In all other cases such as normal wear and tear, customer abuse, etc., a charge will be assessed. An estimate may be requested before the repair work begins.
The normal turn-around time for repairs is approximately one month. A longer period of time may be necessary during busy times of the year, e.g., annual vacation and the Christmas season.

CATALOGS

Catalogs are available upon request to JBT-rated customers. Customers may also visit lestage.com to view the jewelry online.

DISPLAYS

LESTAGE display materials are available for sale.

EXCLUSIVITY

Due to the complexity of managing geographic exclusivity arrangements, LESTAGE will review each situation on a case-by-case basis.

I attest that I am the proprietor or duly authorized officer of the firm submitting this application for credit and that the foregoing statements made by me are true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
